    Find yourself lacking a bit of motivation to exercise today? Your not the only one. I stood outside my front door at 5.00am this morning, wind blowing a hooley, rain hammering down and turned around and went back in - the shame of it - tell me I'm not the only one!! I guess there is always this evening!!
